JUST POSTING THE OBITUARY ON JEWELL CHAMBERLAIN FROM THE MIDDLETOWN (OH) JOURNAL 3/8/09 Jewell Gilbert Chamberlain, 73, of Middletown, OH passed away March 7, 2009 at the Liberty Retirement Community. She was born in Stanton, KY on July 15, 1935, the daughter of Emmitt and Laura Gilbert. Mrs. Chamberlain worked in the Telemarketing Department at the Middletown Journal. She is survived by a daughter, Theresa Rene (Bill) Langdon, and a son, John Edward Chamberlain, Jr., both of Middletown, OH; grandchildren Billy (Jennifer) Langdon, and Jennifer (Tim Wilson) Langdon; great grandchildren Kaitlyn Wilson and Javen Wilson, Madison Wilson, and Mitchell Langdon; a sister, Phyllis Etter of Middletown; and a brother, Ted Gilbert of Middletown. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward Chamberlain in 2003; and brothers Walter and Lee Gilbert. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM March 10, 2009 at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home. Friends may call from 12 noon until service time. Burial will follow in Woodside Cemetery.
