I believe I amy have spoken to Bethel several years ago (at least 19 years ago) regarding my research I was doing on my great grandmother, Lou Ratliff, from powell County. Mary Ellen would have been Lou's daughter. Lou Ratliff's father according to her death certificate was last name of Meadows so I am very confused as to where Ratliff came from.
