COMBS Harold, 74, devoted husband of Shirley Caudell Combs, died Wed, July 18, 2012. Born in Powell Co, KY, he was the son of the late Rev. Vernon and Gertrude McDaniel Combs. A retired mechanic with Leggett and Platt in Georgetown, he worked part-time for Advanced Auto as a parts driver. He was an active member of North View Baptist Church, enjoyed rebuilding old cars and trucks, as well as fishing and pheasant hunting with his brother and friends. In addition to his wife of 43 years, he is survived by his daughter, Angela Combs; sisters, JoAnn Napier and Marion Combs; brothers, Donald Combs and Timothy Combs; as well as a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Archie Combs. Funeral services will be 12:30pm Fri at Milward-Broadway. Burial will follow at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8pm Thu.
