I am seeking information on my gr grandmother Lou Ratliff Meadows Hatton. She married William Hatton of Powell County. Her father is listed as Franklin Meadows and mother's name was listed as unknown so I don't know where the name Ratliff fits in....she may have been taken in by the Meadows family, maybe a relative of the mothers. I know she is buried in the Chop Chestnut Cemetery but am not sure if this is the Meadows cemetery.
