Teddie W. Combs, 79 Teddie Wilburn Combs, 79, 173 Tenth Street, Clay City, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010. He was born April 23, 1931 in Perry County to the late James and Della Caldwell Combs. He was a retired roofer. Survivors include his sons, James H. Combs, Ronnie Lee Combs, and Donald Ray Combs; daughter, Mary Kathryn; and sisters, Nannie Willoughby and Katherine Pittman. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and sons, Teddy Willburn Combs Jr., and Jackie Lynn Combs. Services were held on Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2010, at 1 p.m. at Wells Clay City Chapel. Burial followed in Clay City-Eaton Cemetery with Jimmy Combs, Ryan Smith, Danny Combs, Ronnie Lee Combs, Teddy Combs, Chad Shepherd, Tony Rice, and Gary Rice serving as pallbearers. James was the s/o Theophulus Combs and Susan Combs. Theophulus was the s/o Lorenzo Dow Combs and Jane Messer. Don't have parents for Susan. Carter
