Matter in fact I did find some Powells buried at the Sunnyside Cemetery ,NezPerce CO.ID. [My great great Grandmother was a Powell who married Benjamin SEE and and three of their sons are buried out here ,one in OR and Two in Idaho,I can tell you there is no shortage of Powell's in the central OR. and Idaho area,I however have not researched my Powell connection to see if they are cuz's or not,I will be happy to do so,if someone can give me a starting point.
