Hi everyone, I've made a couple of changes in the list and need to let y'all know. First, I've changed it so that replies go directly back to the list. I've done this with my other lists and it's worked pretty well. More people seem to be finding each other and their connections. So, if you're going to respond to a message and don't want the rest of us to see, make sure you don't just hit "respond" I've also made a change in the welcome message and that will follow in the next mail.
