Hi to all on the list, I am seeking the parents of George Harvey Owens who was born about 1849 in TN. George married Cynthia Ann Puckett born 1-29-1852 in Estill County, KY on 8-15-1871. George was shot to death sometime between 1875-1877. I don't know the circumstances of the shooting, but it may have occurred in Powell County, KY which is where my grandmother was born on 10-26-1872. Cynthia married Henry Allen in Estill County, KY on 12-18-1877. Thank you, Earl in FL
