Hi everyone, With the hurricane bearing down on the coast, I've decided to open the lists for emergency contacts. When an emergency situation occurs such as hurricane, tornadoes, flooding, et al, feel free to post for the exchange of information. We all have friends or family in other areas than where we live, folks on the lists live all around the US -- and other countries -- and this open exchange is a method of relaying information on specific areas. Occasionally, a list member in an area will actually know or live close to a person being inquired about and can send specific information (their street was spared by the tornado, etc.). If you decide to post something of this nature, please "Emergency" or some such attention grabber in the subject line. This way, those who don't wish such mail are able to delete those postings.
