Okay, I still don't have all of my "stuff" here but I do have this: ROBERT D.5 WARE (ROBERT EDWARD4, SAMUEL3, ROBERT2, EDWARD1) was born October 21, 1821 in Clark Co KY, and died September 18, 1881 in KY. He married EMILY ANN TRACY April 11, 1842 in Schollsville Rd area, Clark Co KY, daughter of ASA TRACY and ELIZABETH UNKNOWN. She was born January 08, 1825 in Clark Co KY, and died May 30, 1902 in Powell Co KY. >From Clay City Times, April 3, 1902: "Emily Jane Ware died at the home of her son, T.B. Ware at Virden Saturday night, aged 77 years of measles. Burial Monday at Brush Creek. Feneral services by Elder B. S. Burgher. She had lived a consistant member of the Baptist church for a number of years. She leaves six living children - four sons and two daughters - T. B. and Rev. D.P. and John Ware, of this county, and Killes Ware, of Marshfield , Indiana, and Mesdames J. W. Baker, of this place, and Weeden Adams, of Virden." Sarah Ware is named in her mother's obit as "Mesdame Weeden Adams". SARAH ANN6 WARE (ROBERT D.5, ROBERT EDWARD4, SAMUEL3, ROBERT2, EDWARD1) was born 1855 in Kentucky. She married WEEDEN ADAMS January 02, 1873 in At the home of Robert D. Ware, Powell Co, KY. He was born Abt. 1848. Notes for SARAH ANN WARE: 1900 Powell Co KY census states that Sarah had 6 children, 4 who were still living in 1900 Children of SARAH WARE and WEEDEN ADAMS are: i. WILLIAM7 ADAMS, b. Abt. 1884. ii. ALVIN ADAMS, b. Abt. 1887. iii. THOMAS ADAMS, b. Abt. 1892. iv. LEMON ADAMS, b. Abt. 1897. v. UNKNOWN ADAMS, d. Bef. 1900. vi. UNKNOWN ADAMS, d. Bef. 1900. This is the Weeden Adams and Sarah Ware that I'm trying to locate in the 1910 and 1920 census. I tried to locate my one page of the 1900 census so that I could write what it had for their ages but couldn't put my finger on it last night. Their approximate birthdates are from that census. One nice person replied to my query with the following info: Sarah is in the cemetery book b. 2.6.1856, d. 10/27/1918 wife of W.L. Powell's Valley Cemetery. 2 W.L.'s in the book. One W.L. Adams b.5/1/1848, d. 7/10/1904. Sarah is in the 1910 census alone age 65. So, was the other Weeden Adams a son of Weeden and Sarah (Ware) Adams (Probably not)? A nephew and son Greece Adams, age 45 in 1910 (brother of Weeden?), with Weeden age 22? Or what? My Wares lived at the Powell, Montgomery Co,Clark line so Weeden and Sarah (Ware)Adams may not be found in Powell Co in 1910??? And, for a Martin connection: while searching my stuff last night, I found an obit for Everett Martin, 88, died May 1994, in Mount Sterling, the son of WEEDEN and Lillie Powell Martin. So, that's my discussion for today. Thanks for everyone's help. Darla
