My great grandmother was Elvira (Ella) Mullins born Feb. 1881 Wolfe Co KY. She was the daughter of Jeptha Mullins and Louisa (Little ?) Mullins. In a deposition, Elvira says, "My mother died before I was quite three years old. My father raised me. No, he never remarried after the death of my mother. When I was about 4 years old he moved with me to Powell county. We lived on Red river near Bowen station till I was twelve years old...." Does anyone have info on this family? I'm guessing they had family in Powell Co. Connie D.
Looking for info on William Brock /Brack Smith born about 1889. His mother was a Mullins. His mother was a sister to Jeptha Mullins, son of Joseph and Elizabeth Kelly Mullins>Wolfe Co KY. His parents may have died when he was young. Brock had a sister named Rosa Bell Powell. Would appreciate info about his parents and family history. Thanks Connie D.
