In 1912 only a small portion of the births were registered. I checked my CD on Kentucky births and she wasn't in there. I checked by child's name and also by mother's name but no luck. I also checked in the delayed birth records for Kentucky but nothing there either. I checked all records for Cammie Reynolds or Laura Reynolds but still nothing. Birth certificates for Kentucky aren't available online....only the birth record which would have given the child's name, mother's name, date of birth, Volume #, certificate # and county of birth. Sorry.....Bill I did find a death certificate for Cammie Laura Reynolds in North Carolina in 1926 (born 1898). This would have been the mother of the girl he is looking for- since her father's name was Davis and her husband was Charles P. Reynolds.
