Hello Everyone, My family comes from Pompey Road, Millard (now Shelbiana) in Pike County. I've only visited the area 4 to 5 times, and only one of those as an adult (which means I viewed a very narrow area by walking and by not paying ANY attention to what was around.) Is there anyone on the list who is familiar with the area who can "walk" me through the area and tell me the names of the nearby creeks, churches, anything which might be of interest? Perhaps there is a VERY detailed local map or a book on the local history (or absolutely any other subject) that someone could refer me to. Any help is greatly appreciated.
