The journel can be viewed at Jeff Weaver's New River Notes URL <A HREF="http://www.tiac.net/users/mkatzman/jct/journal1.html">Johnson County Genealogy</A> According to discription of location I have the mill was located on the Tug Fork of Big Sandy River below the Toliver place. It was owned and operated by William Collins, son of Meredith Collins. William was born in 1806 Russell County, Va. He married first Mary MULLINS and second Mary Ann HATFIELD. Brenda
