Now all I have to do is find where in Kentucky Arnetta "Nettie" Collins / Mullins had Richard b. 1870 KY. Arnetta was born in Tazewell County 1855 so she was only 15 yrars old when she had him. Arnetta was daughter of John W. Collins & Mary"Polly" Roark/O'Rourke. Richard married Margarette Blankenship. If anybody has any info on this family I would appreciate the help. Brenda
