Check Russell Co VA records for Sarah Hess's parents. As far as I can tell, there is no record of Emma/Emily/Emeline having married James Honaker in Pike Co KY. If they did, their marriage is not listed in the Pike Co KY Marriage Bonds 1822 - 1865, nor in Pike Co KY Marriage Records 1866 - 1900. There is a James Honaker in the 1880 Pike Co KY Census married for 20 years to a lady named Elzylind (at least that's how the Stewart's transcribed the name). This couldn't be your Emma since she was living with her mother Sarah and step-father William Cavins in 1880 and wasn't married yet.
