Greg, Thomas Maynard (all spelling variations checked) b. 1885 is not listed in "Pike County KY Birth Records 1852-1909", "Pike County KY Death Records 1849 - 1909", or the 1900 Pike Co KY Census (all James Maynard's were checked and there wasn't one born 1852 with a wife named Emma or son named Thomas). The only James M. Maynard in the 1910 Pike Co KY Census was aged 42 with wife Lindie E. aged 37, ch. Delmon 20, Earl 18, Banna? 14, and William L. 9.
