    1. [KYPIKE] Birth Certificate 1912
    2. Bobby Reynolds
    3. Hi, I am searching for a Birth Certificate from Pike County Ky 1912. I live in NC. I know some counties &states have these records available online for free (West Virginia has a real good web site) but have been unable to find that for Pike County Ky. There are subscription services online but I am not even sure the Birth Certificate I am looking for is on file. Can anyone give me some direction as to the best way to go to find what I need? The name I am searching is Cammie Laura Reynolds June 25, 1912. Father was Charles P. Reynolds and Mother was Cammie Davis Reynolds. I do know that in 1913 they were in Williamson West Virginia, Mingo County and they lived there for years and the rest of their children were born there but Cammie Laura Reynolds I was told was born in Kentucky. Thank You, Bobby Reynolds [email protected]

    3. Jean, Yes, there is marriage records in the court house back to 1822 in Pike County. I have books that cover them from 1822 to 1900 and mine says Louisa Hurt for this date, but to check it for more accurcy, you would have to check at the Court House. 3. Hello Jonah! Nice to hear from you; thanks for the info. I thought the parents were Zachariah and Margaret, but wasn't sure. Louisa is my mother's great aunt (sister of Martha Hurt) and as always seems to be the case in Pike Co., their ancestry crosses that of other relatives more than once. I've traced John and Louisa to Jackson Co., KS and am searching there. Also, I've ordered his Civil War Pension file. He served in the 39th with my great, great grandfather Jacob "Jack" Weddington and several others from Pike Co. If any interesting Weddington stuff turns up, I'll pass it along.
