Mr. Curby Combs born February 9, 1915 departed this life on Monday October 17, 2011 in Frankfort, Kentucky being 96-years, 8-months, and 8-days of age at the time of his passing. Curby was born in Happy, Ky the son of the late Green Combs and the late Susan Combs. Curby was also preceded in death by his Wife - Evalee Plowman Combs, One Son - Ronald Lee Combs, and One Son In Law - Don Tincher. Mr. Curby Combs leaves the following relatives surviving: One Son - Doug Combs & Wife Mary of Arcanum, Ohio; Three Daughters - Sue Carroll & Husband Johnny of Arcanum, Ohio, Wanda Moore & Husband Henry of Arcanum, Ohio and Linda TIncher of Frankfort, Ky; Special Nieces - Reva and Marlene; Eleven Grandchildren and Fourteen Great Grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends survive. Funeral Services for Mr. Curby Combs will be conducted on Thursday October 20, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the Engle-Walker Funeral Home on East Main Street with Rodney Smith officiating. The Interment will follow in the Defiance Cemetery located at Happy, Ky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Walker Funeral Home on Wednesday Evening from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M.
