He was self employed and the son of the late Bob Bush and the late Margaret Campbell. He is survived by his wife, Revelle Bush; daughters Janet Noble and husband Rick and Sharon Melton and husband Jeremiah; son Johnny Bush and wife Sherry; sisters Nancy Dollar, Katie White, Tilda Miller, Rachel Roark, Beatrice Klietherman and Eva Campbell; brothers Sam, Richard, Ance and Henry Bush; and sisters-in-law Edith Evans and Emma Karlowicz. He is also survived by three grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends. Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard where the family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, October 5. Services will begin at noon on Thursday, October 6 with Travis France and Merrill David Collins officiating. Interment will be at Neace Cemetery at Sixteen Mile Creek. ******************************************* Patsy Ruth Collins Patsy Ruth Collins, 58, of Hazard, died Monday, October 3 at the Hazard ARH medical center. She was a retired secretary from the Hazard ARH, and the daughter of the late Franklin Miller and the late Lois Jean Smith. She was also preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Granville and Virginia Noble; paternal grandparents Cager and Fannie Miller; and mother-in-law Dema Collins. She is survived by her husband, George Robert Collins and a host of family and friends. Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard where the family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 5 with Clyde Kilburn, Emmitt Campbell, Donald Tapio and others officiating. Entombment will take place at Mountain View Memorial Gardens in Hazard. ******************************************** McKinley Smith McKinley "Mack" Smith, 69, departed this life on Monday, September 26 at the Hazard Hospice Care Center. Mack was born in Perry County, the son of the late Arthur Smith and the late Mary Jane Smith. He was a lifelong resident of Perry County and by occupation he was a long distance truck driver. He is survived by his companion Joyce Pratt of Hazard; brothers Willis Smith of Ary and Larry Smith of Ohio; sister Juanita Goushin of North Little Rock, Arkansas, and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 27 at the Engle-Walker Funeral Home of Hazard. ********************************************* Gladys Marie Creech Morris Gladys Marie Creech Morris, 84, of Hazard, died Thursday, September 29 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was the daughter of the late Matt Neace and the late Cleda Mae Toler Neace. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Creech; second husband Walden Morris; son Ronnie Morris; sisters Freda and Alice and brother Jennis. She is survived by daughters Annette Franck, Loretta Creech, Connie Fowler, Dianna Klausing, Oneda Kraner, Charlene Combs, Debra Little and Christal Bush; sons Larry Creech, Terry Creech and Ernest Creech, Jr.; sisters Ernie Carol Byrd, Beulah Campbell, Martha Campbell and Shirley Black; brothers James Neace along with 17 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard where the family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 1. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, September 29 at Brashear-Callahan Funeral Home of Viper. Services will be conducted at noon on Friday, September 30 with Eddie Hurley officiating.
