JUST POSTING THE OBITUARY ON MARY HILL FROM THE DAYTON (OH) DAILY NEWS 2/11/08 Mary (Slone) Hill of Brookville, OH. Born March 21, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Jesse & Virgie Slone of Hazard, KY. Mary passed away February 9, 2008 after an extended illness. Survived by son Randy Hill & wife Angela; her only grandson Austin Hill; sister Lonnie Kirby & husband Virl: several nieces, nephews and close friends. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by husband Earl Hill and sister Lydia Huff. She wants us all to remember the love and good times that we shared together. Mary was employed by Ohio Bell for several years prior to the birth of her son. She was a member of VFW Post 3288 of Brookville, OH. Friends may call on the family from 12 - 1 PM February 12, 2008 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria, OH. A procession will then lead to Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery where a memorial service will take place at the graveside. Donations may be made to the family in lieu of flow! ers. May God Bless.
