The son Sandra Colwell Fugate and the late Tony Fugate, he is survived by his partner, Beckham Beverly, mother Sandra Colwell Fugate, and one sister, Tonya Reynolds of Taylor, Ohio. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 19 at the Engle- Walker Funeral Home Chapel of Hazard at 2 p.m. with Rich Sailisbury and Jeff Gabbard officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service in the Colwell Family Cemetery at Busy. The family will receive friends for visitation between the hours of 6 to 9 p.m. on Monday, July 18. ***************************************** Donald Goins Donald Goins, 68, died Thursday, July 14 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. A lifelong resident of Perry County, he was preceded in death by his parents, the late Willard and Margaret Miller Goins. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Goins; sons Ricky and Jamie Goins, both of Hazard; daughter Donna Lewis of Hazard; brothers Gary and Eddie Joe Goins, both of Hazard; sisters Johnnie Faye Sumner of Hazard and Irene Slone of London; and grandchildren Dylan Goins, Wesley Lewis, Dalton Goins, Dakota Goins, Gavin Goins and Mallory Goins. He is also survived by a host of family and friends. Funeral services for Donald Goins took place on Sunday July 17 at the Engle- Walker Funeral Home Chapel of Hazard with Doug Fields of the Jehovah's Witnesses officiating. Burial followed in the Rest haven Cemetery at Jeff. *****************************************
