Combs was a self employed carpenter. He was the son of the late Harold Combs and the late Francis Cole Combs. He is survived by Beloved Partner: Sara Hall; One Brother: Michael Feltner; Four Sisters: Kathy Sampsell, Marie Prewitt, Zola Combs and Joann Caskey and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends.
