Carter Alma Combs Published: Wednesday, May 21, 2008 7:49 AM CDT Alma Combs, age 87, of Hazard, Ky., passed away Monday, May 12 at the Hazard Nursing Home. She was the daughter of the late William McCoy and the late Pearl Whitaker. She is survived by her nephews, Alvin McCoy, Keith Smith, Carlos, James, Oliver, Jerry and Phlip Pyburn; nieces Patty Andrews, Terry, Linda and Nickole Smith. All arrangements were entrusted to the staff of Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard, Ky. Interment was at Riverside Cemetery of Hazard. No services will be held for Mrs. Alma Combs.
