Delores Combs Delores Mae Combs, 74, of Louisville, daughter of the late Rev. Norman and Katherine Combs, died Saturday, July 21. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 26 at 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Pearson's Funeral Home in Louisville. Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 27 at noon in Jeff. The Rev. Glenn Noe will officiate. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly, and a son, Ken. She was also preceded in death by her sisters Charlotte, and Norma Grace Clark and a brother, Delbert. Delores is survived by two sons, Sean Combs (Tonda) of Frankfort and Del Combs (Janice) of Lexington; brothers Oscar Combs of Lexington, Harold Combs and Ira Combs, both of Jeff. She was grandmother to Ashlee, Chris, Karma and Amanda, and great-grandmother to Brody and Jackson. A Louisville native, she was a graduate of Dilce Combs Memorial High School and attended Eastern Kentucky University <. She was employed by the Token III Club in Louisville for over 20 years. She was a special person who always cared for others. She devoted herself to her family and to helping those in need.
