Carol I find a Donna F Combs, b 14 May 1944, Perry Co to Doris McIntosh but no other children. Of course there are a lot of misspellings in the KY Birth Index. Do you happen to have Clarence's grandparents? His father was William Henry "Bud" Combs and was married to Chloe Workman.
