Eastern Daylight Time, jwilson2022@tampabay.rr.com writes: Cynthia Ellen McIntyre Cynthia Ellen McIntyre, 98, of Hazard, died Friday, June 24 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was a retired school teacher with the Hazard city schools and the daughter of the late Lyttle Evans and the late Louise Evans. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Estill McIntyre; son John Evans Bowling; sisters Nell Evans Cooper and Eva Evans Kidd and brother Grover Evans. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Margaret Adams, and sister Nancy Eckert and husband Ross. Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard where the family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28. Services will follow with John Morris officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Lothair Baptist Church.
