Carter Donald Lee Walker, 68, of Hazard, passed away Tuesday, June 7 at the hospice care center in Hazard. He was the son of the late Manuel Walker and the late Rosetta Johnson Walker. He is survived by his son, Donald Lee Walker, Jr.; daughters Donna Sue Dickerson and Tammy Rose Hayden; sisters Norma Jean Stapleton, Joyce Pollard, Linda Williams, Betty Rose Combs, Carolyn Sturgill, Diane Combs, Vickie Hoskins and Mary Thompson; brothers James, Ronnie and Michael Walker and special friends Danny Smith and family.
