    3. Geraldine F. Combs, 71, of Covington, KY, died Monday, May 30, 2011 at Hospice of St. Elizabeth Edgewood. Geraldine enjoyed bowling and bingo. Her husband, Kenneth Combs preceded her in death in 1995. Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Harmon of Independence, KY; Son, Ken Combs of Latonia, KY; sisters, Kay Robertson of Hebron, KY, Shelby Brennan of FL; brother, Wayne Moore of Latonia, KY; grandchildren, Nick Harmon, Nathan Harmon, Alicia Clark; great-grandchildren, Kaylee Clark, Braden Clark. Visitation will be from 11 to 12 noon Monday, June 6th, at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence, KY with the services to follow. Interment will be following the services at Forest Lawn Memorial Garden. Memorial donations can be made to the charity of one's choice. Carter Kenneth Combs Kenneth Combs, 64, of Bellevue, KY, formerly of Hazard, KY passed away Sunday, February 26, 1995. He is preceded in death by one daughter, Karen Denise Combs. He leaves surviving his wife, Marilyn Purkey Combs of Bellevue, KY, four sons; Kenneth Wayne Combs of Norwood, Ohio, Kenneth Edwin Combs of Bellevue, KY, Kevin Combs of Dallas, TX, and Keith Combs of Seattle, WA, one daughter, Sondra Rauckhorst of Bellevue, KY; his mother, Maggie Stacy Combs of Bellevue, KY and one sister, Callie Little of Hazard, KY. and nine grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Combs were held at 1 o'clock p.m. on Friday, March 3, 1995 at the Upper Second Creek Baptist Church, Upper Second Creek, with his (Uncle) Wesley Stacy officiating. Burial followed at the family cemetery at Upper Second Creek. Engle Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. jal
