Georgia was born in Kenmont, the daughter of the late Hiram Pratt and the late Abbie Hall Pratt, and was also preceded in death by her husband, Joe Hall; son Little Joe Hall; daughter Regina Hall; grandson Joshua Hall; great-grandchild Ashlee Hall and brothers J.P., Hassell and Louis Pratt. Georgia was a mother to all and a lifelong resident of Perry County. She is survived by sons Michael and Betty Hall of Jeff; Phillip and Sharon Hall of Viper; Mark and Teresa Hall of Viper and Jonathan Hall of Lexington; daughters Linda and Eldon Huckaby of Buffalo, Texas, Nancy and Michael Clodfelter of Fairfield, Illinois, Olivia and Willis Pollard of Miramar Beach, Florida, Vicki Colon of Viper, Janet Woods of Lexington, Abby and Robert Gibson of Lexington and Melissa and Rick Brandt of Spartanburg, South Carolina; brothers Eugene "Boney" Pratt and Clyde Pratt, both of Viper; sisters Carol Combs of Hamilton, Ohio, Mary Riley of Opopka, Florida and Kathleen Hall of Viper. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, June 30 at 11 a.m. at the Engle-Walker Funeral Home of Hazard with Duane Allen and Willis Pollard officiating. The burial will follow in the Matt Hall Cemetery located at Viper. Visitation will be at the Engle-Walker Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. ****************************************** Paul David Kennedy, Sr Paul David Kennedy, Sr., 69, of Hazard, died Monday, May 30 at the Hazard ARH medical center. He was the son of the late Basil Kennedy and the late Louvernia Patrick Kennedy, and was also preceded in death by sons John and Jeff Kennedy; sisters Gertrude and Miriam; and brothers Dagwood, Ardell, Dorsey, Ronald, Lee Roy, Fred and Denny. He is survived by his wife, Linda Kennedy; sons Paul David, Jr. and wife Becky and James Ethan Kennedy and wife Jeanie; sister Trunette Vires, along with 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Brothers Funeral Home of Hazard. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, July 1 at the 11th Hour Worship Center. Memorial service will begin at 7 p.m. with Rev. Terry Joseph officiating. ******************************************* Sonya Dean Olinger Sonya Dean Olinger, 53, of London, passed away Sunday, June 19 at St. Joseph in London. She was the daughter of the late Pleas Campbell and the late Mary Ellen Bishop. She is survived by her husband, James Orville Olinger; son Pleas Moss and wife Tina; sisters Lillian Kae Hill and Rita Faye Olinger; brothers Aaron Campbell, Donald Campbell, Glenn Campbell and Pleas Earl Campbell; grandchildren Jayden Pleas Moss, Miah Michelle Moss, Kaylin Dean Moss and Kyran Jackson; special friends Mariette Lindon and Rodney Townsley along with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. The burial took place at Resthaven Cemetery in Jeff. ******************************************** Cynthia Ellen McIntyre Cynthia Ellen McIntyre, 98, of Hazard, died Friday, June 24 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was a retired school teacher with the Hazard city schools and the daughter of the late Lyttle Evans and the late Louise Evans. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Estill McIntyre; son John Evans Bowling; sisters Nell Evans Cooper and Eva Evans Kidd and brother Grover Evans. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Margaret Adams, and sister Nancy Eckert and husband Ross. Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard where the family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28. "Hardwater" Robinson, 72, of Elizabethtown, died Monday, June 20 at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. He retired from Cummins Engine Company in 2003 after 30 years of service. He was an avid fan of many sports, especially his beloved WIldcats. In keeping with his wishes cremation is planned. There will be no services. Arrangements were entrusted to Barkes, Weaver and Glick Funeral Home. Born in Hazard on May 25, 1929 to the late Chester and Carlie Cole Robinson, he married Erma D. Feltner on October 2, 1965. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Erma D. Robinson; daughter Sheena Isaacs and husband Dale of Seymour; brothers Chester "Peanut" and Charles Robinson, both of Hazard; sisters Mary Madden and husband Ray of Hamilton, Ohio, and Wanda Eversole and husband Vernon of Hazard. He was preceded in death by his parents and his younger brother, Johnny Robinson. She was a retired guidance counselor and a lifetime member of Big Creek Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Jack Fields and the late Elizabeth Noble Fields. She is survived by her husband, Stephen Napier; son Patrick Napier; brother Arlis Fields and wife Pat; aunts Adeline Short and Ruth Stidham; uncles Alvin Short and Denzil Short; nieces Holly Caudill and Tracy North; nephews Mitch Fields and Phillip Napier along with seven great-nieces and a host of family and friends. He was the son of the late William Miller and the late Dora Watts Miller, and was also preceded in death by sisters Janie Thomas and Gracie Collins, brothers Fred and Joe Miller and grandson Douglas Richard Malone Miller. He is survived by his wife, Katie Miller; sons Ricky and wife Alexis, Benny and wife Donna, Douglas and wife Shelly, Mickey Miller and Marlow Miller; daughter Dottie Collins and husband Larry; sisters Norsie Soraya and Shirley Barger, along with 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard where the family received friends on Thursday, June 23 at the Miller Town Church.
