POSTED IN THE MIDDLETOWN JOURNAL, MIDDLETOWN, OHIO 2/23/12 COMBS, Henry "Little Wheel" age 87, of Franklin, OH; died Tuesday February 21, 2012 at Wood Glen Alzheimer's Unit. Henry was born in Viper, KY on November 30, 1924 to Dee H. and Judy (Caudill) Combs. He was a veteran of WW II serving in the U.S.Army and retired from Armco -AK Steel in 1985 following 32 years of service. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers Herbert and Dishmond Combs and a sister Oma Farler. Henry is survived by his wife of 63 years Ruby M. Combs; a daughter Yvonne Patrick; and 2 grandchildren Amy Patrick and Emily Pursley; and a great granddaughter Sadie; a sister Irene Swift; brothers Dale Combs and David Combs. Funeral services are 2:30pm Friday February 24, 2012 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH with Eric Walters officiating. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery with full military honors.
