The subject of not being able to rely on the info in official records 100% came up earlier, your right you can't. It says that Dicy was b. 1874 in Knott Co and that this was a delayed death certificate filed in 1944, well whomever gave the info didn't realize that Knott Co didn't exist when Dicy was born.
