I haven't been able to look into this over the summer. Maybe this fall I call. I am thinking that their father William may be the son of William & Sarah "Sally" Phillips Edens who were in the Estill County, KY area. I know one son for sure--John Wesley Edens who went to Bozeman, Montana. I believe that Jeptha D. Edens was another son. He went to Huntington Co., WV. Their was one daughter and two more sons who I don't know, but I believe that William , sho married Malinda Begley, was very likely one of these other sons.
