Arlie appears to be the s/o Dishman Combs and Octavia Caudill. Their son, Arlie was b 10 Jul 1940. If anyone obtains a more comprehensive obit, please post it. Dishman Combs Dishman Combs, age 87, of Perry County, passed away December 21, 2003 at Hyden Manor Nursing Home in Hyden. Survivors include his wife, Pauline Combs; three daughters; Rebecca Caldwell of Viper, Lilly Owens of Hindman, Marlene Morgan of Berea; three sons; Ed Combs of Indianapolis, IN, Ted Combs of Jeff and Arlie Combs of Viper, two sisters; Ollie Creech and Hettie Cornett, both of Ohio; also surviving are a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The funeral was held December 23, 2003. The Combs Family Cemetery at Jeff, KY was the place of interment. Maggard Brothers Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
