JUST POSTING THE OBITUARY ON BETTY COUCH FROM THE EATON (OH) REGISTER-HERALD 11/14/07 Betty J. Fields Couch, 76, of Eaton, OH died November 8, 2007, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton, OH. Born February 4, 1931, in Combs, KY, she was the daughter of Birchell and Geneva Fields. She was a member of Eaton United Church of Christ. She had enjoyed spending time at the Preble County Council on Aging over the past several years. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Tom C. Couch, on October 24, 2000; daughter, Sue Fudge, on November 4, 2006; and four brothers. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Phyllis and Jim Stover of Eaton, OH; sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Nancy Couch of Hutchinson Island, FL, Earl and Diana Couch of Eaton; son-in-law, Lonnie Fudge of Eaton; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Gene Fields of Newport, KY; and special nephew, Rick Fields of Eaton. Funeral services were November 12, 2007 at Girton-Schmidt-Boucher Funeral Home, Eaton, with the Rev. Lowell T. Spencer officiating. Burial was in ! Mound Hill Union Cemetery, Eaton.
