I was wondering if anyone can do a marriage lookup for me for this couple and help me try to locate this marriage certificate. The marriage date is 3-3-1949. William Mckinley Walters and Tina (Tiney) Pitts married 3-3-1949 in Blackey in Letcher County Kentucky. Mckinley is the son of John Walters and Surviller Walters and Tiney is the daughter of Henry Pitts and Virgie Row. William more than likely would go by Mckinley, he may even go by Kindle, Kinley, Kenny. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Lori Wells
