Beth, You're quite right as it turns out, and I am mistaken about the WorldConnect trees remaining inviolate--they are harvested for the database that is used to support the OneWorldTree search service on Ancestry. Boo... But you do still have the control over the database on WorldConnect--you can edit it, remove it, replace it with a new one, etc. The ones going to WorldFamilyTree apparently cannot be changed or removed. That is not a good thing. Maybe we should all just keep our genealogy on private websites, which we can limit access to and can be edited or removed at any time (...except for cached pages, another topic altogether...)
