Hazard Herald, Thursday, July 12, 1934 Green B. Callahan, 55 years old, and one of the best known and most popular residents of Hazard, died at his home at Walkertown at 5:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Mr. Callahan had operated a store at Walkertown for several years and had been successful in business. He had been in declining health for six months. Funeral services with Re. A. S. Petrey and Rev. I. E. Inlow, in charge, were conducted at the Walkertown Baptist Church. Burial was in Breathitt County.
