    1. [KYPERRY-L] Re: [MLR] MILLER Surname website Wrong URL
    2. Kate Morrison
    3. This is an absolutely wonderful site, BUT if one can't get back past a g.g.grandfather, and can find no records to tell who his parents were, then one wouldn't know if or when they found his family. From a few census records I found I know my g.g.gr.father was supposedly born in VA. Let me tell you who he is once again just in case someone new is onboard now. He is George Wm. Miller, b. abt. 1830 who married a Priscilla Boling b. June 1837, probably in KY. I found them after they were married in the 1860 Perry Co., KY census with several small children, married abt. 1853 in Perry Co. KY. They both disappeared after they were divorced. I can't find George at all (probably remarried). Did find Priscilla who was listed in the Sturgeon District of the 1900 Lee County KY Census as living with Evan Miller and wife Mary and their children George, Harvey, Archie and Floyd. Listed as mother, born June 1837, mother of 11 children, 9 living, 62 years old and born KY(?) name of Gilbert. By 1910, can't find her. I question whether or not there was ever a "formal" wedding for Priscilla and Unknown Gilbert - no records whatsoever have been found. There are other interesting tidbits in these two peoples lives - but if anyone can fill in any pertinent details for me, it sure would be appreciated. The family consisted of Jesse Lovins who married Lizzie Roberts and had a son, Steve, born in Breathitt County in 1926. Jesse had a brother, Curtis Lovins who lived in Perry and Knott Counties and died 11 April 1988. I would like any information on this family or of any of their descendants. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've hit a brick wall with this family. Steve moved to Indiana and had a family there and passed away in March 1986.
