    2. Hi Gang, Doug Epperson gave me an idea. So I started a "Legends" page. Doug did a very nice write up on Jeremiah "Long Jerry" Combs (my ggg grandfather) his gg grandfather. (Does this make him older than me? LOL) If any of you want to do a nice write up on your Perry or Knott Co ancestor please send it to me. (Give it your best shot!) haha You can see Doug's Legend of Long Jerry Combs on the Perry Co Stuff Pages under "Legends" http://www.rootsweb.com/~kyperry3/perrycokystuffpage.html Lynda

    3. Lynda, Hummm, wonder how I missed these folks when I did the 1910 census. I have this family (Samuel & Poppy Couch Stacy) in my data and he would seem to perhaps fit the Sam Stacy in that article. Have to look at this closer. Do appreciate your help Lynda!! 3. Thanks Lynda, I have never been able to figure out who this Sam Stacy was, maybe the one who married Poppy??? Now we know who Steve Standafer was. Interesting comment by the physcian on cause of death; "Homicide caused by bad behavior, pistol shot in heart". Lady Bugs?? I was born and raised at Walkertown and I don't remember seeing any lady bugs. But then I have trouble remembering what I had for dinner last night hahaha.
