Donald Combs, 34, of Fisty allegedly was driving while impaired when he lost control of his car, which plunged over an embankment and came to rest on its top in a creek, state police said. A passenger, Burly R. Combs, 51, also of Fisty, was pronounced dead at the scene. Donald Combs fled before police arrived and was arrested later at his house, state police said. He was charged with murder, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence and driving on a license that was suspended because of an earlier impaired-driving conviction, according to the news release. I got this from Ancestry.com this morning: Insider scoop for you: we should have every page, all 3.8 million of them, online on Ancestry.com sometime tomorrow (latest ETA is by 2 p.m. Eastern Friday - maybe sooner). Also wanted to let people know that it is easier to find people (until the indexes come out) if they lived in Chicago if you use this site, http://www.alookatcook.com/1940/index.htm . I have been looking for my husband's parents and when I used the address on his grandfather's WWII Draft Registration it was easy to find them (after a couple of days looking). If I had gone here first, it would have taken less than 15 minutes. Good luck!! Phyllis
