    3. Mr. Harper, HELP!!! I have 2 items of interest to me in this issue of the Falmouth Outlook. First, William Stump - Would there be a full obit on him? Second, H____es Turner. Could his birth be 1816 instead of 1876. 1876 would make his father over 100 years when he was born.
