Williamstown Harry Harcum, age almost 69, b. 21 Sep 1855 d. 25 Aug 1924 near Wampum, Pendlton Co. age 68 years, 11 months and 4 days. Son Rev. E. B. and Mary Hitch Harcum Youngest of 12 children. m. Josephine Newkirk 13 May 1875 They had two sons and two daughters who survive: Charles L. Harcum, Melvin Harcum, Mrs. Frank Brooks and Mrs. Robert Purdy. Riggs, who has been visiting his mother, Mrs. B. T. Riggs, left yesterday for Ft. Riley, Kansas, he having been assigned to duty there, having been on staff duty in Washington, DC for several years. His son, Scott, has entered West Point and his son, George, will be a sophomore at Yale this year. Mrs. Riggs and little daughter, who are in the east, will join Col.
