Falmouth Outlook Volume 14 Number 29 31 Dec 1920 Pg. 1 Col. 1 Banks make announcement The Pendleton and Citizens banks of this city are making an announcement that is of special interest to the people of Pendleton County. Beginning with the new year these two local banks will pay 3 per cent interest on savings accounts and 4 per cent on time certificates. This is the most liberal offer ever made by any bank in Pendleton county, and it shows that they want to keep abreast of the most attractive and liberal methods in banking, We make the assertion that there is not a bank in the State that is more liberal with its customers than our two local banks.
