Hello - I am researching John Searcy, Revolutionary War Vet, who made declaration for pension on October 1 1832 in Owen County, KY. Two of the gentlemen signing an affidavit stating they were well acquainted with John Searcy were John Garnett and Tobias Willhoite. They were also forebearers of mine. Does anyone have information regarding John's spouse(s), children? I know that a John Searcy signed a marriage bond for a daughter, Elizabeth Searcy, who married Obediah Willhoite (Tobias' son) in Owen County in 1830; and was a brother to my Israel Willhoite who married Jane Scearce in 1822 in Woodford County, KY.
