I just finished posting to my web page all the NEW Prather family history, this takes the family back to Thomas Prather 1570 and includes the families that moved to Missouri from Owen Co late 1800's There was one Prather, Benjamine Higgins, that moved to Owen County in the early 1800 and some of his sons moved to Missouri so if you have Prather family in Missouri and connect back to KY this is probably your family line.
