The new History Center opened in Frankfort, Ky last Saturday. It is located at 100 West Broadway not far from the "Old Capitol" . The Library is on the upper floor. The Library hours are 8-4 Monday-Saturday with the exception that on Thursday the library remains open until 8 PM. Barry Marston
