I just received "copies of orginal" marriage bonds/marriage certificiates from my favorate cousin Glenna. This marriage I have never figured out now with the marriage bond maybe someone has a clue: Edmond Clifton and William H. Miller take out a bond on March 18, 1828 for the marriage of Edmond Clifton and Elizabeth Margeum, Owen Co., KY Note This could be the same William Miller that married Nancy Clifton (Edward's daughter) 2/3/1823 (Grant Co) Here is my problem the only "known" Edmond "old enough" to marry was the brother to David Sr & Noah Clifton He was born abt 1780 DE (his son Daniel was born in 1800) & we know he dies after 7/18/1829 he left no will. On the 1820 census he is listed with wife & 2 sons. This could be his missing son, but we have no other record of an Edward on the 1830/1840 census. Does anyone know something about William Miller or Elizabeth Margeum that may help me in solving my Edward question. Thanks Barbara
