Kentucky Owen County Court April term 1848 A writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of William Morgan, deceased, was this day produced in court by Mary Morgan the executrix and John Brown, the executor (named therein) for probate; thereupon Elijah Morgan, Thomas Morgan, William Morgan and Milton Morgan by their attorney, appeared and opposed the probate thereof, alleging that said deceased was incapable of making a will and undue influence being exercised over him in the making same and the evidence being heard and the Court sufficiently advised is of the opinion that decedent was capable of making there was no undo influence exercised and that said writhing is True last Will and Testament of the said deceased, and therefore the same is ordered to be recorded as such, which is accordingly done.
