There was another one I didn't see the 1st time. This Barney Johnson (b. 16 Jan 1909 and died Apr 1980) came from Greenville, Muhlenberg, Kentucky area. The other one (b. 17 Nov. 1892) came from the Narrows, Ohio, Kentucky area. These were the only 2 from Kentucky I found. The one you show is on the lds site. Hers isn't anywhere. I'll add this to my Kentucky Johnson database. I'm trying to find out more about my 4th greatgrandfather, Clem Johnson's (abt 1787 Va. to abt 1860 Ky.) family. ----- Original Message ----- From: Betsy Stanford To: [email protected] Sent: Thursday, 31 January, 2008 3:25 PM Subject: Re: [KYOHIO] Barney Johnson Kim, I believe this Barney Johnson is the one you found in the ss death records 1930 Ohio Co. Elizabeth didn't die until the 80's. According to Marji's query, her grandfather's 1st wife died and he remarried in 1932. The Barney you found is Barney D. Johnson, son of Charles Johnson (b 1853 d 1918) Mary Susan Hendrix (b 1858 d 1953). I did find a Douglas B. Johnson b & d Dec 2, 1929 in Ohio Co. that lists his parents as Barney Johnson and Beatrice Stewart. I cannot find anything on this couple.
